If Outlook search is not returning results, follow these steps.

Step 1: Update Outlook
1.	Go to File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.
2. Install any available updates.

Step 2: Rebuild the Search Index (Windows)
1.	Go to Control Panel > Indexing Options.
2.	Click Advanced.
3.	Click Rebuild under Troubleshooting.
4. This may take time depending on mailbox size.

Step 3: Check Cached Exchange Mode
1.	In Outlook, go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
2.	Select your account, click Change.
3. Ensure Use Cached Exchange Mode is enabled.
✅ Search should now work properly after reindexing.
