Requesting Cloudflare Access for Twilight I.T.

Overview

When moving your website hosting or DNS management to Twilight I.T., we may need access to your existing Cloudflare account to properly manage your domain’s DNS records. This guide provides a simple text email template you can send to your current host or administrator to grant Twilight I.T. the necessary access.

Email Template to Send

Subject: Request for Cloudflare Access for DNS Management

Hi [Name],

I hope you’re doing well. We are moving our website hosting to Twilight I.T., and they will need access to manage the DNS records for our domain. This request is regarding the domain [insert domain here].

Below are the steps to add them:

1. Log in to Cloudflare and go to the domain in question.

2. In the left menu, open Manage Account or Members.

3. Add a new member with the following email address: cloudflare@twilightit.com

4. Assign the role Administrator or DNS Administrator.

5. Save and send the invitation.
