This guide explains how to set up your Microsoft 365 account in the native Android apps so that only your Calendar syncs. All other items such as Mail, Contacts, Notes, and Tasks will be disabled.

Step 1: Open Settings
1. On your Android phone, open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Accounts (sometimes called Passwords & Accounts or Users & Accounts, depending on your device).

Step 2: Add Your Microsoft 365 Account
1. Tap Add Account.
2. Select Exchange or Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
3. Enter your full Microsoft 365 email address (example: you@yourcompany.com).
4. Tap Next.
5. Enter your password and tap Sign In.
6. Complete any additional security verification (such as multi-factor authentication).

Step 3: Choose What to Sync
1. After signing in, you’ll see sync options such as Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, and Notes.
2. Turn on only Calendar.
3. Turn off everything else (Mail, Contacts, Tasks, Notes).
4. Tap Done or Save.

Step 4: Access Your Calendar
1. Open the native Calendar app on your Android device.
2. Your Microsoft 365 calendar will now appear and sync automatically.
✅ You now have your Microsoft 365 calendar syncing natively on your Android phone without syncing mail, notes, or tasks.
