This guide explains how to set up your Microsoft 365 account in the native iPhone apps so that only your Calendar syncs. All other items such as Mail, Contacts, Notes, and Reminders will be disabled.

Step 1: Open Settings
1. On your iPhone, open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Apps and then Mail.

Step 2: Add Your Microsoft 365 Account
1. Tap Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account.
3. Select Microsoft Exchange.
4. Enter your full Microsoft 365 email address (example: you@yourcompany.com).
5. Tap Next.
6. When prompted, tap Sign In and enter your password.
7. Complete any additional security verification (such as multi-factor authentication).

Step 3: Choose What to Sync
1. After signing in, you’ll see toggle options for Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes.
2. Turn on only Calendars.
3. Turn off everything else (Mail, Contacts, Reminders, Notes).
4. Tap Save.

Step 4: Access Your Calendar
1. Open the Calendar app on your iPhone.
2. Your Microsoft 365 calendar will now appear and sync automatically.
✅ You now have your Microsoft 365 calendar syncing natively on your iPhone without syncing mail, notes, or reminders.
