Microsoft Teams integrates with Office apps to make file sharing and collaboration easy.

Step 1: Share a File in Teams
1. Go to a chat or channel in Teams.
2. Click the Attach (paperclip) icon.
3. Upload a file from your computer or OneDrive.

Step 2: Open and Edit Together
1. Once uploaded, click the file name to open it.
2. The file opens in Teams or the Office app.
3. Everyone with access can edit the file at the same time.

Step 3: Manage Permissions
• By default, people in the chat/channel can edit.
• To change permissions, click the file in Teams > More Options > Manage Access.
